Given when you join the waitlist. Used to confirm your signup and to tell you when access opens. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.

Role and company size

Optional, asked after signup. Used to decide which teams the beta starts with. Legal basis: your consent. Skipping the questions changes nothing about your place on the list.

Signup source

Which part of the page you signed up from. Tells us which section of the site actually convinces people. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing what works.

We do not buy lists, we do not enrich your address against third-party databases, and we do not sell or rent anything to anyone.

Two tools measure this site, and they are not in the same situation.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count visits and page performance without setting any cookie and without any persistent identifier. They run for everyone and need no consent.

PostHog measures how many people reach the page and how many join the beta. It sets a cookie and follows your session, so it only ever loads if you accept it. Decline, and the script is never fetched: not loaded and silenced, simply never loaded. The site behaves identically either way. Cookie lifetime: 13 months. PostHog runs on its European cloud, so this data stays in the EU.

We run this on other people’s infrastructure. Each of these companies processes data on our instructions only, under a data processing agreement, and none of them may use it for their own purposes.

Some of these companies are established in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the safeguards their agreements provide, either an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Details are available on request.

Ask us to delete your entry and it goes, whatever the schedule says.

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict or object to what we do with it, and receive it in a portable format. Because the waitlist runs on your consent, you can also withdraw that consent at any time. That does not affect what happened before you withdrew it.

One email to hello@stellar-design.app is enough for any of these, and we answer within one month. If you think we handled it badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In France, that is the CNIL.

Stellar is in private beta and the product will change. If what we do with your data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. A change that affects a purpose you consented to means we ask you again rather than assume.
